Q: Will the Jam Handle fit on my vehicle?

A: The Jam Handle has been designed and tested on a variety of vehicles. Based on the information that I have gathered, I am confident that Jam Handle should fit most vehicles. Make sure that the jam handle is correctly positioned when you stick it to the door as you will not easily be able to remove it and re-apply it to the door. 

(ALWAYS CHECK FOR CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE DOOR JAM AND THE JAM HANDLE BEFORE SHUTTING THE DOOR ALL THE WAY THE FIRST TIME)

MAKE SURE THE LOCATION THAT YOU CHOSE TO PLACE THE JAM HANLDE ON THE DOOR WILL ALLOW THE PRODUCT TO SIT FLUSH ON THE DOOR. IF THE JAM HANDLE DOES NOT SIT FLUSH ON THE DOOR THE ADHESIVE WILL NOT HOLD PROPERLY

Q: How do I install the Jam Handle on my vehicle properly?

A: Installation is painless. Properly clean the area on the door where the Jam Handle will be placed. Once cleaned, remove the plastic backing from the adhesive tape and place the Jam Handle on to the door in the desired location. Make sure you press firmly on the Jam Handle to ensure a proper bond to the door.

Q: Can the Jam Handle be ordered in color matched colors?

A: Currently the Jam Handle comes in a variety of colors. If you desire to have a color that we do not offer, the parts can be hydrodipped or wrapped to match your vehicles color. (this is a service that we do not offer)

 

Q: Can I remove the Jam Handle and put it on another car?

A: We would not recommend removing the Jam Handle with the intensions of reusing it.  The adhesive will become destroyed upon removal.

Q: Will the adhesive tape ruin my vehicles paint?

​

A: The adhesive backing is an automotive grade adhesive and will not ruin your vehicles paint.

(AVOID PLACING THE JAM HANDLE OVER FACTORY DOOR STICKERS AS THEY MAY GET DESTROYED DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE JAM HANDLE)​

Q: How long will the Jam Handle last for?

A: The Jam Handle is robust and will withstand the test of time. If the Jam Handle is properly secured to the vehicle's door then it should not fall off during use. We have tested this product on many vehicles with success
